My name is Mike Carlotti. I started Par Wealth Coaching in 2025 when I retired from Corporate America at age 53 as a way to share my decades of Wall Street and corporate finance expertise with non-finance professionals who are looking to take control of their financial future and no longer be afraid of or intimidated by money. From personal budgeting, understanding investment options, retirement planning to a desire to just better understand personal finance, investing and money matters, I can help you!

My Story
In 1993, I graduated from Boston College, Summa Cum Laude, with a BS in Finance. My first job was on Wall Street as an investment banker for Smith Barney in New York City. In 1998, I graduated from The Anderson School of Business at UCLA with my MBA. From 1998 to 2008, I continued my investment banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Wachovia Securities and also spent 3 years as a professional money manager at a $900 million hedge fund. In 2008, I relocated to Las Vegas where I held various corporate roles in the gaming and cannabis industries including Treasurer of MGM Resorts International and Scientific Games and Chief Financial Officer of Curaleaf Holdings, ECL Entertainment and Australis Capital. As a finance fanatic and stock market junkie, I have helped family and friends throughout the years learn about investing, make wise money moves, plan for retirement and budget their finances.
In 2024, I officially retired from my corporate career to dedicate my time and effort to form Par Wealth Coaching so that I can give back to the community and help people obtain financial knowledge without judgement and gain control of their financial freedom! I am also certified by Dave Ramsey as a personal finance coach.
